OK Mommy! has two modes:
Ask the Phone
When to Use |
Ask the Phone helps you when your child is asking you either what they should do, or if they can do/have something in particular, and they are not listening to and/or don't like your answer.
|
What it Does |
Ask the Phone will display a message of your choice on the screen when your child pushes a button that says, "What Should I Do?".
|
Why it Works |
Ask the Phone leverages the power and influence that technology has on today's children by tricking them into thinking that the phone says they should do something, making it more likely that they will.
|
Time To...
When to Use |
1. When you want to remind your child to do something daily (i.e. taking a nap).
2. Giving your child instructions, when they didn't ask a question. |
What it Does |
Time To… will display an alert with a message of your choice on demand or every day at a certain time.
|
Why it Works |
Time To... uses the name of something your child already knows and trusts (Ask the Phone) to convince them to do something.
